Saudi Arabia will participate in the Miss Universe Pageant Event for the first time ever in 2024 which will take place on September 28 in Mexico. Rumy Alqahtani is a 27-year-old Instagram influencer and a model from Saudi Arabia who will represent her country in this international beauty competition.
In her Instagram post, Rumy Alqahtani mentioned that she is honored to be participating in the Miss Universe global event. Riyadh-born model, Rumy Alqahtani has already been participating in other universal events like Miss and Mrs Global Asian that recently held in Malaysia.
Alqahtani has already secured many other titles to her name including Miss Saudi Arabia, Miss Arab World Peace 2021, Miss Woman ( Saudi Arabia) & Miss Middle East (Saudi Arabia). This time she is going to create history by being the first-ever contestant from Saudi Arabia who will take part in Miss Universe Event 2024.

It also created history as the first time a contestant from Nicaragua secured the title of Miss Universe. Antonia Porsild from Thailand claimed the second position and Moraya Wilson from Australia got the third position in the global beauty event of Miss Universe.
